We use the same security model a fintech would ship: row-level access on every table, encrypted in transit and at rest, service-role keys kept off the browser. We treat your pet's record with the same care as a banking app.
What does it cost?
Free covers one pet, forever. Plus ($4.99/mo or $44.91/yr) covers unlimited pets, unlimited shares, and multi-owner households. Pro adds AI insights and telehealth ($9.99/mo or $89.91/yr).
Do groomers and boarders need an account?
No. You generate a QR code; they scan it; they see a clean read-only view scoped to exactly what you shared. No app install, no sign-up friction.
What if a groomer is offline?
Share links gracefully degrade: the PawPass app caches a minimized version of the record for offline QR sharing on the phone that scanned.
Does it replace my vet's records?
No, and it's not trying to. PawPass is the bridge between clinics. Your vet keeps their records; you keep one consolidated copy with shareable views.
Can I bring existing data in?
Yes. Manual entry, photo of a vet card (we OCR), and clinic integrations through trusted partners. We deduplicate everything against your existing records.
